Plain and simple, this is a place with an always-changing inventory. I would recommend you either check in often, subscribe to the rss feed, set us as your homepage, and subscribe to the newsletter. Some combination of those will help you have first dibs on some great deals.

Where does the inventory come from?

Most things sold here are provided to the Silly Reviews YouTube Channel for free or at a reduced cost. Sellers solicit unboxing and review videos in exchange for free products or discounted products. Sometimes they send more than one item. Sometimes Ryan doesn’t need or want the item. These products then land here for sale at heavily discounted prices. This store is a way to supplement the income of the man behind Silly Reviews. It’s also a way to create favoritism and new followers. YouTube has never really been a fan of the channel. The revenue generated by YouTube ads is embarrassingly miniscule for a channel that’s been producing content for almost 20 years!

What kind of shipping options are available?

The only option for shipping is a flat rate of $4.50 for most orders. I ship everything as inexpensively as possible. Most items will ship via USPS First Class mail. You may or may not receive a tracking number. In all likelihood, you’ll received your purchases in a (relatively) timely manner. The idea here is to cut as many corners as possible. This ensures you get a good deal and Ryan can recoup a few dollars from his efforts for the sellers. When you order, try to just sit back and relax. You’ll receive your order. It’s just going to take some time.

What’s your refund policy?

If your order has shipped, it’s too late. Everything here is too cheap. There’s a possibility of a refund request being honored if your item hasn’t shipped yet (or postage hasn’t been purchased yet), but once your order has shipped, it’s yours. Consider this place an online garage sale. All Sales Final. If you try to defraud this site, there’s a good chance there will be a video made about you that gets published on the YouTube channel.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If we shipped it, then it’s likely a porch pirate stole it from you. Another possibility, and we’d hate to accuse you of anything nefarious, is that you are trying to defraud this site in one way or another. Please don’t do that.
